Founded in 2011 in San Diego, Urban Plates was established with the mission to make wholesome, made-from-scratch meals accessible to everyone. The brand focuses on transparency, sustainability, and quality, sourcing ingredients responsibly and preparing dishes fresh daily. As of 2020, Urban Plates has expanded to 22 locations, primarily in Southern California, with plans for further growth.
